若年女性における一人暮らしの生活環境が生活習慣に及ぼす影響 Effect of living environments on lifestyles of young women who live alone 市川, 知美 イチカワ, トモミ Ichikawa, Tomomi 若年女性 一人暮らし 生活環境 生活習慣 application/pdf The objective of this study was to reveal the differences in lifestyle and physical condition between subjects who live and with family. The subjects were 1,238 young women, aged from 18 to 22 years old, who were recruited in Hiroshima Jogakuin University. The percentage of living alone was 22% in the subjects. Compared with parents' home life group, living alone group had high percentage of breakfast skippers (36% compared with 19%: <0.001) and lower consumption of vegetables (47% of 0～1 serving/day compared with 30%; <0.001). However, there were no significant differences in body composition and physical condition in each group. Additionally, about 30% in each group ate dinner and/or snack after 21 o'clock, almost of them went to bed after 24 o'clock, and about 30% of them did not exercise everyday. Although lifestyle of living alone group was more irregular than that of parents' home life group. it was thought that their lfestyles were controlled not by capability of health care management but by thier family who live together.
