The fact-finding investigation made by Japan Student Services Organization (2017) reported that the number of students with developmental disorders have been rapidly increasing in universities. So we should provide reasonable accommodation for them and promote inclusive education system in universities. The purpose of this study is to discuss about career education programs for both students with developmental disorders and neurotypical students in universities. Career education must be provided to meet the diverse needs of students, for example, making universal design of teaching contents , educational methods and techniques, or ‘rubric’ evaluations. If we introduce active learning, such as activities of a ‘group work’ or a ‘presentation’, we should provide reasonable accommodation and make universal design for all students.
