Dietary foods are required to maintain life and body constitution, so that nutrition supports are necessary to avoid malnutrition against allergic patients, especially in the case of having multiple allergen sensitivities. Using a questionnaire, we surveyed 50 dietitians in hospital and nursery to kwow how service are well effective against food allergy patients. For food allergy patients, most of the hospital and nursery served diets that were eliminated offending foods and/or substituted deficient nutrients if commercially available. They also pointed out some problems, such as dietitian had to give ecact directions to cooks for preparing appropriate meals, and correct knowledge of all around staff about food allergy was not sufficient.
