Text mining was performed on comment cards for the first and second half of fiscal 2018 (April-July period and October-January period, once a week, 30 times in total), the first year of the reorganization, as a research method for this report, which is the fourth year report. As a result, we confirmed that changes in comments due to the department reorganization were not significant. Also, through the program, it was suggested that social skills derived from self-recognition from non-cognitive skills such as “self”, “feel”, and “think” are acquired. In other words, acquisition of a relationship with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology’s “power for learning/humanity” was suggested.
