<dc:description>The number of students with Neurodevelopmental Disorders has been increasing in higher educational institutions in Japan. We need to understand they have special educational needs and prepare for reasonable accommodation for them. This study aimed to discuss about an effective support for college students with Neurodevelopmental Disorders, for example, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) etc, including suspected. I reviewed the leading research about motivation, reward system, temporal discounting and social skills. As a result, a possibility was shown that a learning support for college students with Neurodevelopmental Disorders or suspected was not only a part of special education but also universal design.</dc:description>
