Since the blood vessels have strong active contractility，under these methods the flow of the dye solution into the blood capi1laries was impeded and changes in ca1iber were caused.\nThe research method for distribution of blood capi1laries devised by the author does not cause any change of caliber，and permit observing the whole blood capi1lary nets under one visual field of a stereo microscope because a thick specimen or an organ itself is used as it is.\nRegarding the study of lymph capillary distribution， as even India ink particles permeate the lymph capi1lary walls in some part of the body， yermilion is preferred in such cases.
