However, breakfast was most commonly eaten 15 to 30 min after getting up, and 56% of children were reported as \"sometimes having no appetite\" at breakfast. In addition, many children did not have a side dish at breakfast, and 16% of children occasionally ate breakfast alone. The most common concerns among parents regarding their children's diet were unbalanced diets and picky eating.\n We subsequently conducted a home learning program in which the completeness of each meal as measured by the inclusion of a staple food, main dish, and side dish was recorded for one month. Interest in learning contents tended to increase with age.
