| 内容記述 | In interpersonal support fields, “security” is essential for well-being but is increasingly threatened by structural constraints. This paper redefines “nurturance” as a multi-layered structure consisting of personal traits, professional skills, and relational environments. We analyze the current crisis as a “retrograde collapse” where environmental pressures dismantle this structure from the outside in, eventually overwhelming caregivers’ personal traits and causing burnout. To address this, we propose a theoretical framework where AI-supported User Experience (UX) serves as “structural scaffolding”. Rather than mere efficiency, AI should be designed to mediate relational adjustments and offload cognitive burdens, thereby protecting the caregiver’s capacity for empathy. We argue that proper AI implementation can restore the “responsive field” necessary for care, contributing to the “Digital Well-being” of both caregivers and recipients. | |||||||||||
