| 内容記述 | This paper aims to discuss about job hunting support for college students with developmental disabilities from a neurodiversity perspective. Is autism a disorder? The neurodiversity approach focuses on autism as an important component of a person’s personality. The concept of neurodiversity considers autism not as a disorder but a neurological form within a diversity of human minds. In job hunting support for college students with developmental disabilities, we should find their occupational strengths with themselves. On the other hand, ‘self-support study’ tells us very important to have a communication between students with developmental disabilities and ‘neurotypical’ us. In the future, I expect that college students with developmental disabilities narrate their experiences by their own ‘words’. So in job hunting, they can make the best use of their own ‘strength’. | |||||||||||
