The students and I encountered many unexpected events, such as a sudden change in class staff and the implementation of distance learning to prevent of infection spread of COVID-19. Did the compulsory subjects for ＂Certified Mental Care Worker＂ really improve the communication skills of the students? One way to do this is to use the rubric evaluation conducted at our university.
