Three university students engaged in initiating the course, and six university students participated in this event. The contents and process of each activity of the course were reported. Analysis of the interview results revealed 10 concepts and 4 categories, and showed that the combination of awareness of resources for English learning and expert advice played a key role on a start-up of the new event.
