The teaching material presented six lifestyle habits, invluding vreakfast-eating, and required students to record the current state of their personal eating habits, objectives, practices, and assessments.\n With the exception of amount of sleep, advantageous results were obtained for all aspects of the lifestyle habits described in the “Dietary Habit Step-up Guide”. Moreover, advantageous effect was particularly high with regard to sentiments concerning the enjoyment taken in school lunches and the sense of freshness achieved in the morning.
