The results revealed that 1. The damage of the microfibril was mostly slight in the material which was extracted by hot water at 900℃ for 60 minutes. 2. In the material which was extracted by ethanol some of the microfibrils are embeded in amorphous matrix of cell wall. 3. The damage of microfibrils were remarkable in the material which was extracted by hot water，ethanol and then alkali solution in order. 4.
