The results confirm that the Cl-,aminonitrogens,Na+ and K+ were dissolved easily in order,while the Ca2+ was soluble not easily. The extracted curve of Na+ was searched by dissolved value of Na+ according to the time of moisture using the theoretical model of expression Y=AXB. The significance of the model was tested by R squared,An alysis of variance and T value, and the high correlation coefficient was obtaines. These resuits may be utilizable to learn the efficient extract duration of the taste components from ma-kombu.\nElectron microscopicobservation of the Na+ distribution in dried and moist Laminaria were carried by means of a histochemical potassiumantimonate method. The potassiumantimonate precipitable cations (Na+) were found mainly surface of the cell wall,chloroplasts and in the cytoplasm of the outerlayer of epidermal cells,and also in the sieve tube of the dried Laminaria.
