| 内容記述 | This paper reports on a teacher's practice and discusses promoting students' motivation for "individualized optimal learning" in English grammar, with the aim of developing autonomous learners as practitioners of lifelong learning. Specifically, the teacher's practices include: (1) using movies as class materials, (2) providing quizzes and immediate feedback of their results using Google Classroom, (3) assigning reaction papers in which students freely write about their own learning and questions, (4) giving feedback with comments on each person's reaction paper, and (5) sharing highly rated reaction papers with the entire class. The results of the reaction and reflection papers suggest that these practices may have had an effect or contributed to the promotion of students' motivation toward "individualized optimal learning." | |||||||||||
