| 内容記述 | This paper presents findings from an investigation of the Kakuhitsu manuscripts conducted between 2019 and 2020. The research confirmed phonological phenomena that are also observed in present day Kyushu dialects. This study specifically examines the phonological features of the early modern Chikuzen region, with a focus on the Morooka documents housed at the Fukuoka Prefectural Library. For instance, one of the identified phenomena includes the transition from single-kana sounds to contracted sounds. | |||||||||||||||||
