| 内容記述 | This paper discribes the support for university students with developmental disorders in Japan and reviews the reports of the support system for students with disabilities in higher education overseas. Career education and career support system for university students with developmental disorders are problems which now confront us. The word “career” means “life career” and is used as a person’s progress through a phase of life, containing an occupational or professional career. For students with developmental disorders, self-understanding and self-advocacy skills are important in their career development. And for female students with developmental disorders, we should consider the active promotion of women’s employment in Japan society. In the career educational curriculum, reasonable accommodation for students with disabilities and active learning must be discussed. |
