| 内容記述 | The Department of Child Education and Philosophy of Hiroshima Jogakuin University is going to be 10 years from its establishment. This university is the only one University based on Protestant education in Hiroshima prefecture. The Department of Child Education and Philosophy in this University is the only one training school for preschool educators based on Christian education. Therefore, the expectation from Christian kindergartens and nursery schools is very high, and the implementation of education that meet the expectation is one of the mission of the department. Thus, for this thesis, interviews were taken from 4 graduate students of this department who were employed to the Hiroshima Jogakuin Gaines Yochien located in Hiroshima Jogakuin University. This thesis will analyze how the approaches and the learnings in this department are applied to the real education in Christian kindergartensand nursery schools, and show the points that can be developed in concrete. | |||||||||||
