内容記述 | On the basis of the fact-finding investigation made by Japan Student Services Organization, students with developmental disorders have more difficulties in their employment and social independence than neurotypical students. Probably female students with developmental disorders and also neurotypical female students have further difficulty in employment. We should provide career education program for them from the perspective of women's life career including work career. In "The Japan's Plan for Dynamic Engagement of All Citizens", "we will provide accompanying supports for children and youths having difficulties in smoothly leading social lives(due to developmental disorders etc.).” So we will promote to accept diversity of students in universities and improvement in career education system. We must discuss about the relation of reasonable accommodation for students with developmental disorders and active learning. It is necessary to make universal design of career education for them as a part of university education. | |||||||||||
