| 内容記述 | Questionnaires on ideal male images and gender consciousness were administered to female college students. Analysis of correlations between the two questionnaires reveals the following: ･ Women with a strong awareness of gender want men who are interested in fashion or who care about women. On the other hand, those women don’t like men who are too economical. ･ Women who care about their appearance and want to depend on men prefer gentlemanly kind men or men with financial stability; however, they can’t bear relationships where they tie down each other. ･ Women who try to pay attention to their clothes and make themselves look attractive with their gestures consider men who are ambitious and decisive or men who are kind to women to be ideal and they are not bothered by relationships where they tie down each other. ･ Women with a keen sense of rivalry towards men consider faint-hearted men with low ability to be ideal, while women who have no sense of rivalry towards men want relationships where they tie down each other, i.e., marital relationships. |
