| 内容記述 | In career support for students with developmental disorders, career education from the viewpoint of career development is significant. Before the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities Law (“the Disabilities Discrimination Act”) came into force on April 1,2016, Hiroshima Jogakuin University established its own support system for disabled students and has officially offered its learning support for disabled students, including those with developmental disorders. The survey results by Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) show that career support for disabled students, especially the role of career education, needs to be discussed at our university, too. Curriculum revision for the reorganization in the 2018 academic year will enable Hiroshima Jogakuin University to officially work on life career education for women. Regarding career not only as occupational career but also as life-long careers or life career is of great significance to students with developmental disorders. Therefore, this article reports on the role of career education in collaboration with the system for disabled students provided by Hiroshima Jogakuin University, class design for inclusive education and the possibility of universal design. | |||||||||||
