内容記述 | In current medibal standard, the most effective therapy against allergic patients suffering from foods is elimination of allergens from diets, which cause clinically hypersensitivity. Dietary foods are required to maintain life and body constitution, so that nutrition supports are necessary to avoid malnutrition against allergic patients, especially in the case of having multiple allergen sensitivities. Using a questionnaire, we surveyed 50 dietitians in hospital and nursery to kwow how service are well effective against food allergy patients. For food allergy patients, most of the hospital and nursery served diets that were eliminated offending foods and/or substituted deficient nutrients if commercially available. They also pointed out some problems, such as dietitian had to give ecact directions to cooks for preparing appropriate meals, and correct knowledge of all around staff about food allergy was not sufficient. From these results, cooperation among medical stuffs including dietitians, cooks and nurses are needed to treat for food allergic patients and their further understanding of detail knowledge about food allergy are required. | |||||
