The purpose of education was to ＂develop human resources that can foster children＇s personality from early childhood to middle childhood with human education based on Christianity principles＂. However, there has not been enough review regarding how students learn the ＂Christian Early Child-hood Education and Care＂, and what knowledge they have gained until their graduation, in the ＂education based on Christian principles＂. In this study, we conducted an interview to investigate how deep the students at the universities for childcare workers understood the education on Christianity principles and how well they practiced that; furthermore, as one of a person who practice ＂developing human resources that can foster children＇s personality from early childhood to middle childhood＂, how the students understood the Christian early childhood education and care in order to contribute to society.
Based on that, we clarified the current situation and demonstrated future challenges and prospects. |
