内容記述 | In order to clarify the rehydration characteristics,dried pieces of Laminaria were submerged in distilled water for a given period of time and the rehydration value rate and analysis of dissolved contents such as aminonitrogens, Na+,Cl-,K+ and Ca,2+ and histochemical study on the locarization of Na+ were carried out. Regression line of extracted value of Na+ according to the time of moisture were also calculated. The results confirm that the Cl-,aminonitrogens,Na+ and K+ were dissolved easily in order,while the Ca2+ was soluble not easily. The extracted curve of Na+ was searched by dissolved value of Na+ according to the time of moisture using the theoretical model of expression Y=AXB. The significance of the model was tested by R squared,An alysis of variance and T value, and the high correlation coefficient was obtaines. These resuits may be utilizable to learn the efficient extract duration of the taste components from ma-kombu. Electron microscopicobservation of the Na+ distribution in dried and moist Laminaria were carried by means of a histochemical potassiumantimonate method. The potassiumantimonate precipitable cations (Na+) were found mainly surface of the cell wall,chloroplasts and in the cytoplasm of the outerlayer of epidermal cells,and also in the sieve tube of the dried Laminaria. Five minutes after submersion the Na+ were observed surface of the cell wall and apart of cytoplasm of the epidermal cells,while Na+ deposits of another places disappeared. |
